How do I book a ride?

Here are the steps to book a ride with Zen:

  1. Download the 'Zen Shuttles' app in the App Store.

  2. Enter your current location.

  3. Enter your desired destination, and select what time you'd like to be picked up.

  4. Reserve your seat, and wait to be picked up by your Zen driver at the desired time you selected.

  5. Once your driver arrives, you will be notified in the app. Following the notification, enter the Zen and head directly to your desired destination safely, peacefully and conveniently!

How much does it cost?

Here at Zen, we value bringing our users the cheapest and most competitive pricing in the market. To do this, Zen charges a flat-rate starting at $2.99 per seat. We also offer an annual membership that allows unlimited access on weekdays AND weekends for only $499!

What are the Hours of Operation?

Monday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Thursday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Friday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Saturday: 12:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Sunday: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Can Zen take me to Mill Avenue?

Yes, Zen operates not only on Arizona State's Tempe campus but also in many areas of Downtown Tempe including Mill Avenue!

What is a 'Peace Pass' membership?

A 'Peace Pass' annual membership with Zen gives you unlimited access to use Zen at your convenience during the day and night. At a total cost of $499, a Peace Pass membership eliminates the need to own a car, have car insurance, pay for parking permits and much more in Downtown Tempe and ASU. Our goal is to bring Peace Pass members... Peace!


To purchase:

  1. Download the 'Zen Shuttles' app, and install the latest version 1.0.14.

  2. Open the app and go to Menu.

  3. Click on 'Membership' in the side menu.

  4. Select 'Peace Pass' membership to purchase.


My address isn't showing?

Zen Shuttles is continually expanding the area around campus and Downtown Tempe. If your building or address is not available in the app, we may not be available in that area yet. To get your building added to the app, email us at contact@zenshuttles.com. We will do our best to add it and be able to provide you with the best experience possible.
